Call 1

Margin on every job

Every job keeps at least $25 or 15% of the price, whichever is more, after the cost of getting the customer. Target $40 or 20%.

For repeat visits the same rule is measured per hour of route time, so a $25 bin wash still has to make money.

Call 2

Position the junk brand as insured and local

Priced just under the big franchises, not as a cheap hauler. In-home carry-out, no curbside single items.

Call 5

Same offer menu for every brand

A one-time job, or a repeat plan every 4 or 12 weeks on the customer's trash day. Pay per visit, cancel any time. A brand can switch an option off, never add its own.

Call 6

Money rules

No deposit. Card held 48 hours before. Charged after the customer says it looks good. $39 late cancel, $75 wasted trip.

What every pro must carry

Their own liability insurance naming us, commercial auto, and workers' comp or the $50 state waiver for everyone on the job.

Call 8

Rename the junk brand to Roomwise Hauling

Bin Buddy Co. is blocked in Utah and other Bin Buddy bin cleaners exist. Roomwise Hauling is clear. Backup: Curbtidy.

Call 9

Rename the pro network and yard brand

Grab the Gig to Pinecrew. Everline Landscaping to Rakewell Yard Co. Both checked clear.

Reinstate the LLC

About $82, paid as a shared company cost, so names can be filed this week.

Hosting

Switch the free Oracle server to Pay As You Go. Still $0, but it stops the server from being shut off when it is quiet.

About $138 or more a month. Decide with two broker quotes by Nov 9.

Many brands for volume (decided)

You chose volume: several brands feed Grab the Gig from the start, and everything is built for $1M+ a year. The research risks (split reviews, Google profile rules, owner hours) are being engineered around, not used to shrink the plan.

The offer

Every brand sells the same two things, on the same calendar, so pros and scheduling work one way everywhere.

One-time job

Customer sends photos, gets a price, picks a day and time window. Charged after the job.

Repeat plan

Every 4 or 12 weeks, on the customer's trash day. Charged after each visit. No contract. Cancel online in one step. Every plan starts with a one-time job, and the plan is offered by email after the job, never by the pro at the door.

Where the plan is used: bin cleaning (core) and junk for property managers. One-time only: yard cleanups (bought twice a year, with a "remind me next season" option). Waits: lawn mowing (bought every 1 to 2 weeks), snow (runs on storms), detailing plans (the car is not home on trash day), commercial cleaning.

Money rules

How customers pay and how pros get paid. Pending call 6; a Utah attorney reviews the customer wording before launch.

Rules of the house

Your standing rules

  1. Every job meets or beats the margin floor.
  2. Every brand runs the same business model.
  3. Customers never see the pro network name.
  4. $0 spending until a brand earns.
  5. No cold calls or cold emails to customers.
  6. Battle tested before anything goes live.
  7. Big questions get dug into, then attacked, before deciding.
  8. Think big: volume wins. Every project is built to earn $1M+ a year.
  9. Every site, portal, email and text works in Spanish and other languages, for customers and for pros.
